Southwest Hammocks will be a 100-unit affordable housing development for residents with medical issues in Broward County's City of Pembroke Pines. The three-story complex will comprise of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, along with 5,000 square feet of on-site supportive services and 88 parking spaces. Amenities will include a landscaped courtyard for residents, a gym, an art room, a computer lab, a library, and a commercial kitchen with a small dining area.
